Yesterday, House Judiciary Committee Chairman John Conyers (D-MI) and House Intelligence Committee Chairman Silvestre Reyes (D-TX) introduced the Restore Act, a bill aimed at bringing back into balance the need for security and liberty in the government’s surveillance efforts.
